Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Whether you're in the US, UK, Europe, or beyond—we’ve got you covered.
How long does shipping take?
Because each item is made to order, there are two parts to the process:

Fulfillment time: 2–5 business days (on average)

Shipping time (after production):

USA: 3–7 business days

UK/EU: 5–10 business days

Rest of the world: 7–15 business days

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Do I have to pay customs or import fees?
Possibly. Some international orders may be subject to local duties or taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Because all of our products are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for:

We stand by the quality of every piece. If you receive an item that is:

Incorrect (wrong item sent)
Let us know within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace it at no cost.

🕒 LATE OR MISSING ORDERS
If your tracking info shows your package was delivered, but you haven’t received it, please:
